Default Drill Mod

Ok, so i've done a ton of research on the Slave cylinder drill mod, but the more I read it seems the less I know. I understand I need to take a 1/8" bit and drill out the two restrictions.

My question is on my truck where is the restriction, on the slave or the master?

Here are two pictures of the slave cylinder I got at the dealer for my truck. I circled the connection that I think I need to remove the roll pin, pull the line and drill. Is this the correct place?

Thanks
