Crack the pump open & see. May as well go through the entire trans to make sure no trash or residual debris made it's way thru. Check the clutches while you're in there. No sense in not replacing those with new ones since the trans is apart.
Yep I had it happen same symptoms too only I was hauling ***.

Thanks again guys and yeah one guy from a trans shop here said the same thing bout the pump on first guess.....but gonna be a fun filled weekend pullin that tranny by myself, o well.

Tranny is out and heres the deal.....a lot of fluid went on the ground but when we pulled the convertor off it had not even a drop come out but it looks good not discolored like it burnt up, Although it has at least a 1/4 inch play on it when all the way in the trans??????? Doesnt look good! both r bein sent off monday and will have results soon i hope.

Confirmed!!!!!!!! As of right now just the Pump is out good call fellas hopefully nothin else is wrong.
