I see 3100 brake stalling my truck. You can get a converter to stall any speed you want the converter manufacturer just has to put different turbines in it. All a trans brakes does is make the stall, stall up it to its flash speed when you hit the button and let you come off th eline at full throttle.

I stall 2500 on the stock HD converter.....kinda nice to have when trying to get this pig off the line in a hurry. I'm lookin' forward to my TT3200HD though !!

Happened to me too. I seem to have heard someone telling Parish awhile back to put it in neutral and floor it while holding the brakes and then put it back into gear and they should hold better. Something about the motor not building enough vacuum at the low rpm's to get the brakes up to full potential. I think one of the Cy-Ty boys told him that...

interesting, my 7000rpm Z28 wouldn't see much more than 2100 or so, maybe 2400 on a 3800 stall (braking). Once I launched, it would flash up to its stall speed.
that was on drag radials too.
