Have about 32K miles on my 4/7. Shouldn’t I expect the LCA bushing to last longer? The pax side upper rear bushing has play. Enough that I can’t get an alignment. Drives straight as an arrow, but that tire has a slight negative camber. Thoughts?

 

Imho 32k is not bad for djm stuff. I wonder if you can call and get a part # or specs and cross reference with energy suspension or similar and get a better replacement.

 

I was hoping being of a polyurethane material it would last longer than stock rubber. Good idea on the cross reference for a better bushing. I’ll look into it.

 

My '03 came with the red polyurethane bushings, they got loose after about 40 ish as well. I think its just a heavy load on them. DJM has the replacement bushings in stock, 38 bucks if I remember.

i had to replace some on my last truck that had DJM arms was around 35k on them, i was able to talk to energy suspension and get replacements cant say how long they lasted i sold the truck a few thousand mile later
