Default DJM 4/7 drop kit Bumpy, need advise

So I installed the 4/7 over 2 years ago and finally agree with the wife thats it's a little bumpy. Has anyone found a good shock company which could work with the stock coil spring, provide the quality to coast over bumps and correct the tire rub on the bottom of dips. I contacted QA1 and they didn't seem to have the knowledge to help. Thanks for the help.

i imagine after 2 years it could be about time for new shocks. and no one makes a direct bolt in..you could go to a coil over setup but it will require a little work to make it work..and you would probably have to play with spring weights and lengths to find a ride your combination

Bought the truck new and just now have over 12000. So what you're saying is there is no adjustable shock that would work with factory coil. The lowering kit I current have uses stock coil-overs, looking to save a few bucks.
Are you having the same issues?

there are no drop in shocks that will work with factory coils. i was thinking about going to coil overs but have gotten around to it yet. i imagine you would have about $650-700 depending on what brand you go with.
