most of the trucks I've seen at the truck lowered that much don't transfer weight as well as a 2/4 or stock ride. I'm going 2/4 and looking for sub 7s 1/8th mile with a daily driven parts truck.

I pull 1.69-1.70 60fts NA and i have a DJM 4/6 with no other suspension mods.
I doubt that my 60fts would be better if i had a 2/4.

just curious, but how would a djm 4/6 not transfer weight as well?

The rear is basically stock, but under the axle and the front just has the control arms angled differently.

There is no change of the leafs/coils or suspension geometry.

I think it's honestly in people's heads.

Ive been thinking about changing my setup. I might go with a 6-speed and a supercharged LQ9 to make it more drivable.

If I am not mistaken, the newer DJM kits (been out a while) have the shim built into the flip kit. I have an older kit and the shims were added, not neccessary in all cases though.
