It probably has internal pressure leaks. As mentioned needs a pressure gauge on it to see what its doing.

Trans tune itself is fine no torque management I just pulled the trans and dropped it off something wrong with it, it started whining really bad and then started getting softer and softer shifts till it didn't want to shift anymore so I dropped it off this morning hopefully he can get it right this time. My stock 2500hd shifts faster than that darn thing did
