If you were local, I've got at a pair of 2" drop coils off my '99 sitting in my garage you could have for $50. I pulled those off and went with spindles since there wasn't enough adjustment for the alignment and kept wearing the outsides of the front tires. The Beltech spindles suck also since they really cut down your ability (sp) to make tight turns, and if you're turning and hit a bump like in a parking lot, they make a hellacious squeaking / grinding sound. There were some drive thrus that I couldn't make the turn. That leaves dropped A-arms to go with. I haven't heard anything bad about A-arms for the NBS trucks.

Whatever you do, good luck.

I never knew that about not having enough adjustment to align the front end when you go with drop coils...is that something alot of people have trouble with??? Im used to lifting trucks, this lowering thing is new to me!!!

It's a problem I had. I don't know if mine was an isolated deal or if it is typical of dropped coils.

I have plenty of adjustment left on mine. I'm running a Hotchkis drop.

There is NO reason to cut the springs for that much money.
Where can I find these Beltech 1" drop coils for less $100. I can't even find 1 inch drop coals much less for less then $100.

Summit Racing has them.

BEL-4302 $129.88

BEL-4454 $149.88

I am not sure what the difference is as it does not give a good enough description to tell. They list 2" and 3" drop coils as well.
