Default crew cab guys what gears are you running?

i'm about to put some factory 20's on my 05 cc and currently have 3.90 gears. i'm also about to put in a true trac and was thinking about some different gears, maybe 4.10. Any suggestions?

You probably won't feel much difference if at all going from 3.90s to 4.10s. Try 4.30s

I run a 4.10 with 29" tires, if I was running 20's with stockish height tires I would run 4.30's.

4.10s with heavy 22's_30.5 in tires overall. i think its the perfect gear for a dd heavy crew cab. if u have 3.90s already and want more gear go 4.30s cause i dont think u would notice much on the 10s

You will probably gain up top (up to a certain point). I'd say up t0 115 it will pull better, you'll get in the power a lil quicker. Your effective ratio with 4.30's and 20's will be about like mine is with 4.10's and 29" tires on 17's. I turn about 2100-2200 at 60 mph. It does great for dd

4.10's on 08 ccsb 4.8. 305/30/zr26. "33.20" overal diameter. Perfect gear setup.
