Which convertor will stall & tow?

Which convertor will stall & tow?
07 nbs with 6.0/LT's.Exhaust/cai/Dyno tune. With the L92 heads and the 3.73 gears this truck is a great freeway cruiser, but a dog down low.
Does someone make a decent convertor that would wake this up and still tow in the Az heat a 7000lb trailer? I already have a huge trans cooler, can't get it over 190 degrees towing in 115 degrees.
Ideas?
