Default Contacting FLT

Anyone else having trouble contacting FLT? I left a message on Friday and Yesterday morning and haven't heard back. They're usually really good at responding back to their customers. I hope everything is going well over there

They have a new guy answering the phones for them I believe... he should get back to you pretty soon... try calling again IMO... and leave a message. Chuck has always been really good about returning my messages.

WHEW!!! Finally got a hold of Chuck... He currently has a very long list of people he has to call and has been woking long hours in the shop catching up. So if you're on that list, he'll get to you when he gets to you.

As always... great customer service!

As you know we are very busy these days. Your best bet is to call and leave a message for Chuck. Give us a day or two to get back with you. We had hired a new guy to aid us in both the office and in the shop. Although he had been chosen for a junior engineers job that will be paying his education along with a very good amount of money an hour. We were very happy for him and by no means were we going to try and stand in the way of a young mans education. We are looking for another individual however these days Chuck is having to spend more time in the shop and some things are being overlooked or delayed in the office. We are currently back logged for at least 4 weeks. Like stated above please if you call leave a message. Please do not keep calling and hanging up. We will do our best to get back to you. These last couple of days we had an issue with a trans that had been making a noise on the dyno that was not acceptable nor were going to ship it until it was right. We do use the highest quality control procedures to make sure that you the customer gets the best product we can produce. But as we will always practice..." Nothing leaves until it is right!" Thank you for support and also your patience.
