Default confused on my drop

On my truck i have the hangers and shackles (4") with the overload still in, up front i put some v6 springs out of a ecsb truck, and the truck sits level! For some reason my drop (if that what it is) looks like it sits high as hell compared to other 4 inch drops in the rear. Will bringing the front down bring the rear also? Or vice versa? the aize of my tires are 245-50 20's, i know thats not a tall tire compared to some, any thoughts? thanks guys

what about bringing the front down? would the back follow, or just cause a rake?
