sweeeeet! When do you get it installed? That's the same converter I'm likely going to end up with so I am VERY interested to see how you like it and what performance it gives.

 

all installed pretty much. I need to drop the tank this weekend and figure out a way to rig up the fuel pressure regulator and filter to the 040 intank and I have to get my y pipe lengthend because of the interferance with the 80e. hopefully be done by monday.

 

Please keep me up to date on the converter. What converter were you using in the 60e?

I doubt that just a trans/converter swap will get you a whole second. Yeah, you went to a bigger converter, but the parisitic loss from that trans/converter will negate any (or most) gains from the higher stall.. You may pick up a small amount, but don't set yourself up for dissapointment by expecting a full second... Just being honest with you.

 

I disagree. I don't think he'll get a full second...but it will definitely gain good over the 60e w/stock converter
