Cant shift into 3rd or 4th gear??

Just seeing if someone might be able to help me?? Is this a valve body issue or solenoid?? Just had the 3200 verter removed and put back to stock could they have forgot to put something back on??

vehicle speed sensor disconnected or plug into the wrong plug will do that.

3-4 shift silenoid performance will do that but it will set the se light unless tuner turned off the code

when my 3-4 went out a few weeks ago it meant a new transmission

sounds like electrical though since it was working fine before the stall swap
