Default Can an LQ4 be mated with a T56?

Im' considering to swap in an LQ4 into my '88 Trans Am. I've already got an LT1/T56 in there now. I'd like to keep the current T56, and just get an LS1 bellhousing, lightweight Flywheel, and Spec Stage III clutch. Will all of this bult up to the LQ4 with no problem?

yeah you got the bellhousing covered... but i am wondering about the input shaft I think they are also different. if they are then that means you have to run a clutch from an LT1 and I am not sure if the clutch and flywheels would work correctly. But I dont see why not. Just something to consider.
