Hope your're sitting down.............I paid 950.00 that's a steel driveshaft with a chrome moly yoke with the big u joints and replaced the yoke on the rear as well with shipping and a lifetime guarentee no matter how you abuse it. An other plus is if you need it shortened like I did when I did the 4L80e swap you pay for parts no labor.

Nothing wrong with a $200 driveshaft, if its built right.

Think about it, a driveshaft is a tube with caps and U joints on the ends. If quality parts are used and its balanced correctly, theres no reason a shaft cant be built at reasonable cost.

$950 is not reasonable by any stretch of the imagination.
