Default Broke my first transmission

Put everything back together last night from what was thought to be a bad lifter. Turns out it was a crack in the turbo log. Drove around for a while got into it real easy about half throttle then BOOM! Had nothing at first then it had reverse, so I tried drive one more time and it had just enough to get me home. It has no gears at all! Everything if f'd up. Should I go 80e now or stick with another 60
