brakes lockup after burnouts

brakes lockup after burnouts
I have an 04 Sierra VHO with 3.73 gears and posi-trac stock. After I do a burnout, my rear brakes will not release all the way. The dealership says that everything is ok and it's documented. What could be the problem and solution to this?
