While I wait for my tune I am thinking of getting the trans tweaked so the tune can be setup for it.
I don't want back slapping shifts during normal driving. I guess I want to optimize it for reliability and better shifting under agressive running and to rid the OE bugs.
I would like to hear of suggested kits or parts not requiring the trans be removed.
And a shop referral in the Atlanta area, preferably in the northern area like Marietta.

shift kit and if you want to get a 4l65e which you can find from numerous places i dont have one so i cant suggest one but you prolly wont need one if the only mods you have are listed (which is none) but do that and eliminate torque management and that will help

transgo no washers .082 1-2 .093 2-3 .093 all the rest
vette servo no spacers
change plastic 1-2 and forward accumulator
to the aluminum ones or get the sonnax pinless ones
have all or most TM disabled
then if it shifts too hard at part throttle
have the tuner soften it up

Transgo, aluminum accumulator pistons and servo release check valve (search under my name for links where to buy) and maybe a vette servo if its not shifting too hard with just the Transgo.
My trans survived about 8k miles with 350+rwhp with those minus the vette servo. Although it started slipping a little before I had the Jag 4l65e put in.
