Default brake system issues after gear swap...

I know these issues are all over this forum so I hope somebody can help me out..... I have an 04 gmc 2wd I just put 4.11's abd truetrac in it and since I fired it up I have had the service brake system issue. I have hp tuners and have since tuned it and speedo is dead on per gps. I bled the rear brakes to day and still gettin codes.. says wheel speed mismatch, and that both front wheel sensors are missing....... but when I clear the codes even with the truck ignition on nut running they pop right back up before the truck even starts..... also If I unplug one of the sensors is shows that that sensor has an open circuit so it is communicating with it. I cant disable the codes with HP tuners already looked. abs module doesn't do anything just feels like my brakes are gone when I stop. just hoping somebody else has fixed this since I can read the codes and all.....

Do you have power to the sensors? You can get false feedback from the pcm input supplying a source and not having an actual supply voltage on the sensor.

could it be that since hp tuners will only reset the drivetrain codes that I will have to have the stealership reset my brake codes.... I did drive the truck before I tuned it for the gears

Try disconnecting the battery for a few minutes to see if the codes clear...pretty sure that HPTuners and EFILive will only do engine codes, but I'm not 100% sure.
