Default Bleeding an 01 Silverado cultch system

Ok so I have air in my lines on an 01 Silverado 1500 clutch system.

No leaks in any part of the system.

NEW master installed, and still cant get it bled out. I have tried the push clutch, open bleeder, close bleeder, repeat...

I also gravity bled a half a quart through it. And I also tried reverse bleeding with gravity.

It just simply has air in it, and I can not get it out. Going to try to use the method of: Open bleeder, press pedal to the floor, close bleeder, repeat...

If any one has any tips or tricks, PLEASE let me know. I did search, but maybe i missed something!

Turns out that my pedal assembly was cracked allowing the master to move, and not deliver a full push to the slave. I found this out when the master came flying off of the firewall... new assembly installed, clutch bled, all is well.

i ended up using a Tick performance master cylinder from a vette, takes some modding but is a nice answer for that cheap stock setup when dealing with heavy duty clutches

Was that piece entirely plastic? I broke my pedal a few years ago and resulted in the pedal just laying on the floor. Im wondering if all the silverado pedal linkage is plastic.

George, I plan on taking the broken pedal, and installing a plate where the stock master mounts, adding a spacer, and mounting a tilton master on it. Ill install this when I get ready to put in a T-56 if I keep the standard, and don't swap to an automatic.
