Default best wiring setup for 4l80e swap

What would be your opinions on witch is the best rout for doing my 4l60e to 4l80e wiring swap I like to do a conversion harness but there are two styles out there the segment swap style with the 4l80e tune or keeping the 4l60e tune, I will be daily driving mine with a 3k circle D stall.

This is the best way. No need for a harness, no added wires. Just need to swap some wires around at the trans and at the PCM.

Thanks, last question is I here people running only the 4l60e tune not adding the second ISS sensor on the transmission then just switching the wires were needed in the trans plug then just delete the codes in the PCM or there is the segment swap method were you do add the second ISS and put 4l80e tune in the PCM witch one is the better rout to take?

Yea I ordered the kit from spear tech it is stupidly simple to do then you just segment swap if I was to do it again I would just do the wiring myself and segment swap it

The link Ferocity posted is how I did mine as well, very straightforward and no issues to report.

Little confused I picked up my 4l80e out of a 03 2500HD and the rear ISS sensor just had a block off plug like it was never used looks factory, I was under the understanding that all 4l80e use 2 speed sensors?
