Default Best way to roll fenders?

I have 285/60/17's on 17x8 5"BS wheels. Ever since I cnotched it, when I go over a good dip or bump the rear squats enough to hit the sidewall of my tires and its cutting them up.

Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated.

from past expierence with same problem try using a baseball bat in between the tire and inner lip. Just my 0.02 somebody else might have a better way. This is the only way that I know.

You can make your own tool if you want. Just get a big plastic, non swivel caster and make an adjustable mount out of square tubing so it attaches to where the wheel bolts. Jack the truck up, pull the wheel off, bolt on the devise you made, adjust it so the caster touches the fender lip and roll. Adjust the arm further out with each pass as you stretch the metal.

I used a dremel tool with a cut off wheel and cut the lip into "slits" and then used a rubber mallet to beat them upwards. Maybe not the best way, but it definately worked.

I think it's made by Eastwood. The bat is the other method I've heard of.

I ended up using the poor boy method (aka the rubber mallet/block of wood method)... worked ok. The paint cracked a little around the fold, but nothing I cant deal with.

Thanks for the tips.
