Default Best Drop shocks?

I have a 2001 gmc sierra single cab step side. just to clear things out. I understand there are many posts about this but all of them lead to them saying that belltech are the best riding ones. I had belltech street performance shocks all around. It was just too stiff for my liking. I understand my truck is not going to ride the best because i have 20s and a 40 series tire but ive been in trucks that ride way better than mine dropped.(dont remember their setup). Currently i have a 4/6 drop.flip kit and shock extenders in the back with mcgaughys drop shock. It rides too stiff. Stock shocks in the front(spindles/springs). I dont care about cornering or anything so i just want like the smoothest shock out there. Stock shocks have seem to be the best riding shock from what ive experienced. Any other suggestions?

Personally, I'd recommend Belltech street performance or nitro drop shocks. Both by Belltech, ride great in my opinion! Have them on my 01 Step side and I love them and have had 0 problems with to date! My brother has the nitro drop shocks on all four corners in his 84 5.3 LS swapped C10 and they ride like a dream!
