had a lil accident in the ice lost my VHO 20s but now the 16s on there are wobbling to. Took them off today and in drive on jack stands the rotor wobbles bro says i have a bent axle he says i can drive on it cause there is no leaking and the wobble isnt felt just barely seen through mirror just looking for input on this is it safe per say to just drive carefully on it and if i was to replace it saying its just the axle shaft anyone have any figures for cost of buying and replacing the shaft

May not seem like a lot, but driving it with a bent axle can cause the axle bearing to fail prematurely.
Buy it from GM's parts department. I haven't messed with a GM rearend, but I assume the axle half is held in by a C-clip. In that case, I would try and do it yourself. It's not all that hard. Just buy the axle half (make sure the new one has the same amount of teeth of splines as the old one), buy a new diff cover gasket, new rearend fluid (make sure it's the kind for the limited slip), and change it out.
Most shops would probably mark up the cost on parts and charge about 2hrs labor. (The going labor rate are $75-85 per/hr) That's just what you pay for when someone else does work for you.
I would see what others here say about how hard or easy it is to change it yourself.
By the way, don't forget to have your alignment checked after you get the axle fixed.
Good Luck!

But is it for a G80 rearend? Not too sure if the axle halves are different in other model year Silverados.
