I have a 2002 GMC Sierra Extra Cab with a short bed. I have a 3/4 Belltech drop with the Street Performer Shocks. The shims came with the kits so not sure what will be the diffrence if you have them or not. I also bought a Mcgaugheys C-Notch since i was hitting the frame quite often. I have to tell you that the C-Notch made all the diffrence when i did carry someone in the truck.
