Default Bad True Trac symptoms?

hey guys what are some symptoms of a bad true trac? I have been noticing a vibration still at higher speeds when i lift off the gas after a good kick down launch. I have even noticed that it seems to be wheel hopping when turning but only on the passenger side tire. I left marks in the road that showed it only coming from the passenger side.

I know the true trac is supposed to slip when turning but should it be doing this? I seem to notice it more and more. What yall think?

Doesn't sound good. Pretty easy to pull the cover and inspect, I would start there. Check the bottom of the housing for debris.

I had wheel lock on mine, I did install non synthetic when it was installed, Ron recommended a different oil grade (don't remember type) and it fixed the problem.

Well i took it out yesterday had a guy who wanted to try me out with a 4.8. When we left from a dig i ran it up to 90+ before i let off. It had a very bad rumble type vibration. It didnt smooth out till it got back down to 40 mph. I can tell its coming from the rearend. Felt like i damn near broke it on that pass.

Been chasing this vibration for so long about ready to just run it till the damn problem breaks. THin i will know what it was.

I chased a similar problem for nearly 2 months. Took me 4 extension housings before I finally swapped the driveshaft and yolk.
