Default AWD 4L80E swap to a 2WD 4L80E???

Well iv been looking for options on going from awd to 2wd and since my ltz suburban has the 4l80e i figured its best to stick with the same model...
My only question is with the computer will it throw codes or will I have to get it re programed or flashed? And if so any advice or where or who can do the computer??
Thanks guys I'm just trying to get some info before I go tearing into this

Do you have a switch that switches 2wd to 4wd or a lever?

You may need to have the ECU re flashed for a 2WD model.

Some of the Parameters and shift logic may be a little different.

Does that have RPO option NR3??? Would be listed in the glove box.
