Okay, PB and BFH did the trick. Stock keys are out. But then I noticed the Belltech 1-3" drop keys are identical in every way to the stock keys. Laid one on top of the other and there is no difference. How the hell are they supposed to lower the truck if they are identical? Am I missing something here? SMH

Took very little to pre load the bars enough to get the plate/nut back in and without the bolt in, the bars/keys would move around. I ran the bolt in until it was flush with the cross member and took it for a spin. Rides nice, stops are not sitting on the LCA's, but I'm not impressed with the amount of drop. I know I can back the bolts out to lower it more, but like I said, it took very little to pre load and I'm affraid if I back them out too much there wont be any load on them. ??
