Default Anyone that owns or blew up a 4L65- IN HERE NOW!

I'd like to do a little study to see if I see any trends.

Info I need :

Shift kit?
Tuning for increased line pressure? (yes or no)
Tuning to eliminate tq management? (yes or no)
stock converter (yes, no, stall)
Power output (if no dyno numbers, mods and guess)
Failure? (yes, no, Power at failure (if failed))

if i get enough feedback, id like to make some charts to see if I can find any trends.

Had a shift kit.
Reduced line pressure at 50% throttle.
Eliminated torque management.
stock converter
Probably around 400rwhp.
4 Failures. Mostly output shaft snap shift from 1st to 2nd.
