I know of one who did it to a TBSS. He basically removed the shock and stuck a coil over in its place. The only problem with that is its not the correct angle. I believe it should not be any more than a 20 degree angle max.
What is your drop height up front with your coil overs?

I'm not even sure. It was cranked up for so long that I never could figure out what height to put it back to. Then I went to the coilovers and I have no clue. Just set it in the middle of the QA1 DS301's. Been a while since I measured and I'm deployed right now so again Im just not sure.
I'd like to do McG spindles and maybe a longer shock/spring with a custom shock hoop for more travel. Then drop the rear on coilovers to match.

Gatcha, man you need to spend more time home, hah
Sounds like you want a pre-runner set up, haha. I wonder how you'd go about doing that? Since the shock/strut mount is the coil mount as well. It would have to be cut out, correct?
I do like the sound of it
