Default Another frikin pinion seal!???

Whats the deal here? I have about 30,000 mi maybe... on the current whole rearend. Eaton lsd 4.10 seals and bearings crush sleve, race all that. I changed all that out when my last rear end went bad when the guy i got to work on it didnt tighten the input shaft nut enough to hold it tight which messed up the gears. I did the last install and i know i tightened the hell out of that mother! Now i have slack in the bearings again and the pinion seal is leaking! Whats the prob? Anybody have these issues? I have the truck leveled, that wouldnt need pinion angle adjustment would it? Somebody help.
Thanks,
Derek
