Looking to swap a 9.5" 14 bolt in my '99 rc step side. Found an axle from a 2012 for a decent price and was wondering if it is more or less a direct swap. The sticky doesn't cover much on the newer axles. Thanks for the help

 

You should find one from a 05-06 SS. From what I understand, those should swap right in as far as leaf spring perches go. The others might require more modification but I'm sure you could make it work

 

I have never had one so I do not know. You would have to physically check the measurements.

I believe it will fit just the shocks mounts are different but should still work.
