Thumbs up Aluminum Deep Trans Pans, u got one?

I need to change my 4L60E tranny fluid soon. Its got 62K and I don't think its ever been changed. While down there I was going to toss one of these on for easier future draining and added cooling effects. What one do you guys have and any input or tips/tricks?
Also should I stick to whats in the GM book about the type of fluid? Is it safe to say I'll need about 6-7 quarts. from the sticky "4L60-E = Pan Removal 4.7L (5.0 Qt) "
