Default Alignment after McGaughy's Spindle installation

Just purchase a drop kit for my wife's truck. Is it necessary to align the front end after a spindle swap?

you don't have to but it's a good idea. i did two denail's and a full size. but the denali's both had 24's on em so they had to.
