Talking ??????????abs question??????

ok guys from 99-06 did any of the trucks come without abs and if so i need a part number for that booster

also could i just unplug the abs and be good to go or will it cause problems??

No. All the NBS trucks have ABS.

Why are you wanting to disconnect the ABS? If you want to turn off the ABS you could simply pull the underhood fuse but I wanted recommend it for on road driving. Think of the liability if you were in an accident.

lol accident is far from my worries i drove my old school chevy without the abs and it never gave me problems

I didn't mean it would give you driving problems. I actually was referring to a situation where you are involved in an accident and an attorney discovering you had defeated/removed your ABS. Even an accident where you weren't at fault could pose legal problems.

Anyway I don't believe even the NBS Work Truck was available without ABS.

Though I sometimes think I could do a better job of braking on slippery surfaces than the computer.
