Just disable 2nd lockup and see if it goes away.

Have you removed all torque management?

To the best of my ability... I can't get someone on the hptuners forum to look at my tune or respond to my threads to save my life lol. Here is my tune file:

How would I do that? Just set the TCC Apply Speed values in all categories in 2nd gear to "255" all the way across? Right now in "performance" it's set to apply the tcc at 60mph at 87.5% or above TPS signal:

Should I change the release values as well or just the apply?

Thank you GMC and 03sierraslt, that completely fixed the problem. I do feel like the line pressures could be increased. Even at WOT it doesn't bark the tires on the 1-2 shift. Shifts nice and firm, but I was expecting a little chirp. I'll probably just have the tuner go over things when the truck is dyno'ed with the turbo. At least I'm going into the turbo install with a good shifting trans. So my speedo does read accurate, but I didn't do a rollout measurement or change anything with the VSS. Do these numbers look off?
