New servo assembly with sonnax spacer kit and transgo replacement separator plate (just a heavy duty replacement.. not one from the shift kit) are all on the way.

Hopefully will be here so I can get it all changed out by this coming weekend and HOPEFULLY will fix my issues...

I'll go on and throw a precision straight edge on the valve body and the case while its apart just to double check flatness... this way that will eliminate cross leaks from the list of possibilities.

If this doesn't work, it'll come back out and go on the bench again I guess.

Parts are all here... of coarse the sep. plate came in with a ding in the center of it... came from PATC and its obvious it wasn't done in shipping... no damage to the box but the plastic wrap around the plate has a perfect cut in it that lines up with the ding in the plate... stands out too...

That'll be the last time I order from them if that's the amount of attention their guys pay.

Anyways... I think I can straighten it out... block of oak and a soft faced hammer should do the trick. I'm planning on pulling it apart first thing in the morning so we'll see what happens.

Ok...

New transgo heavy duty separator plate... drilled feed holes... new rev. servo assembly with sonnax spacer kit... valve body is flat as is the case...

Problem is better but not fixed... so any other ideas?

I noticed that if it sits... the first time I drop it into reverse from being parked... it has a longer delay... if I cycle it from neutral to reverse a few times (not quickly... but letting the gear apply and release...) the delay nearly goes away all together... until I drive it a bit or park it again...

Its down to a about a full second which is better then it was... but I'm not sure where to look from here...

Tired of throwing money at it.

Any other ideas??
