I have an 08 gmc 2500hd with a 6.0,I spoke with superchips about getting a tune to help the shifting on the new 6spd trans,and they said they would be able to change the shift points and torque management through the obd2 port,but nelson performance said that can't be done through the engine computer,but that the trans has it's own seperate computer inside the trans to control shift points and torque managment,is there anything I can do

 

I know Justin @ Blackbearperformance did a tune for both my engine and trans. I'm using efilive and they can tune the trans. It is a different controller but like I said it was done on my setup.
