Default 6L80 Whine

Hoping to see if anyone has any idea why I would be experiencing a whine when accelerating from 1st gear into 2nd? The noise increases with rpm. It is faint but still noticeable and annoying. I'm guessing it's coming from the transmission pump? I did a quick search on the topic and found 1 previous complaint but that was from 2009 and was hoping some new info has been discovered regarding the matter. I do have a BB tune but I highly doubt this would have anything to do with it. Truck as 6k on the odometer. I'm considering calling Circle D and seeing what they have to say since they work with the 6L80. Thanks gents.

Some 80E's do this due to the cut of the gears , my 80e in my van whines , but the 80E in my truck does not .

As far as the 6L80E I don't think it's sposed to whine , my Denali is quiet as can be.
