My 6L80 in the 2008 AWD Sierra Denali is starting to tell me to f*** off and go elsewhere with my fun.

I picked up a spare 6L80 and transfer case from what was supposed to be nother 2008 Sierra Denali, but I'd like to know if anyone here can help me confirm a part number. Want to make sure before I put it into my truck and drop of the original trans to get put back to work again.

I was able to pull two numbers from the spare trans.

Top of bellhousing: 50622688251 (hard to read so may have a number off)
Cast into the side of the case: 24238455



Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Those are part numbers for the castings, the actual transmission part # is on a paper sticker which is long gone by now.

 

there is a white tag with a 4 digit code on it. tells year model and all.
