I have a metric **** ton of factory replacement check ***** and valve body to pump/case seals, everything from gm comes with the same package of 8 checkballs the oump to vb seals and the case to valve body seal and the two o rings and seal for the electrical connector housing adaptor thing

Ive got the truck at Circle D right now, wouldn't mind swinging by with you, maybe you could shine some more light, if you got to look at the truck?

 

You ever get this sorted out???? If so......what was it?

 

From what I have seen on the 6L80's they will go into limp mode 3rd gear if a lot of slip is detected and yes the checkballs wear down and stick into the separator plate. Torlon ***** are the way to go on rebuilds also if you do a full rebuild go with all of the Sonnax HP 6L80 parts I have had nothing but good come out of these units correcting the leak down issues from wear on these soft AISIN junk Valve bodies. I also rebuild the pressure switches also.
