Default 60e vs th400 vs 80e

well, im not sure what trans i wanna do. i know 60e are garbage but i might be able to get a good deal on a fully built one with a yank converter, or a stock 80e with 60k miles on it. or what about going to a turbo400 with trans brake i know i wont have over drive the truck isnt going to be daily so im not worried about it.

i kinda wanna run the th400 because its smaller, lighter, and can handle a **** ton of power.

but weighing all options what would be the best idea ?

if you're not worried about over drive turbo 400 all the way...bulletproof, less weight and you can make up for the taller first gear with axle gearing/tire size...plus easier to come by cores and less expensive to have built...

Another vote for the 400 if mileage isnt an issue!
