6 speed Auto 6l80E

Ok when is someone going to take it upon their self and convert their truck with the new 6 speed automatic. I see alot of good things could come out of this. You could run 4.10 gears and still pull out 19-20 on the highway(not exact). Just wondering what everyone is thinking about these. I would love to swap in a 433 LS7 that's NA running 4.10 with this 6 speed. that would be lovely. This is what I do know.

It's set up to run with the new CAN bus that the NNBS trucks have. Last I heard Powertrain Control Solutions was working on a standalone controller for it (the current NBS PCM's won't work with it), but it's not available yet. That's why you don't see anyone doing it.

You would need to run 3.73s or higher with that thing and any power, also search for some posts by James B, he had some good points on why it wouldnt be good for a high hp app.
