What I've run into is nobody really wants to do it because there's no way for them to chuck it up in a lathe because you can't really disassemble the factory unit. If you bought an aftermarket one from the parts store that you could disassemble and send to them, they would do it.

Dirt_track_racer_81 has a plan to get mine done. If it works(it should) he'll explain the process

Soon as I saw thread, was gonna say not Moser & link him, but soon as I saw your name, I knew it'd be good.

I thought oh it's easy, custom axles. But that only solves the rear part of the dilemma. That said, what yr did 6 lugs appear? Wasn't it when the GMT800 came out, so '99 or did they do a GMT400 Classic version w/. 5 lugs?

Also, what kinda timeline on them makin it?

So, now u gotta run 6 lug in frt, & 5 lug out back. At least til u find a solution.

GOT TORQUE DIFFS is building the rearend for me. Still have a few things to figure out at the moment since im doing ladder bars and narrowed axles. Price is not solid yet depends on wat brakes i want to use but im looking at $3500~ for a complete axle. That includes 35 spline axles 3rd member spool gears of choice welded/trusted housing straightened.

I was brainstorming this today. I wonder if the 5 lug safari van hubs would bolt to our spindles. Looks to be the same 3 bolt pattern, you would just have to get some junk axles, disassemble them and cut off the splined threaded portion to hold the hub together. Wanna be a guinea pig and try it?

I ended up redrilling my own as I could not find anyone that knew of a replacement rotor that had the 5 on 4.75" bolt pattern. I can do them for you but I am in NC.
