I'm confused. Moser did mine. I had to argue with them a bit, but they did them.

I can see some set-up time but this doesnt sound out of the realm for any small machine shop to do. They could be set up in a milling machine, at worst maybe 1 hole would need to be plug welded. You would be best off having them do a few sets and selling the others to recoup yor costs... I just bought 6 lug wheels but can see why you would want the 5 lug pattern for sure.

I had him pull up your invoice, read your post to him about what he had to do to yours. I was on the phone with Mike the shop foreman or whatever for 45min. They CAN and have done it. In the end, it was basically too much manual labor for the price they charge. Offered to pay whatever it took, still wouldn't do it.

Only way he'll do it is if you can get the hub disassembled so they can chuck it up in the lathe. Even then it's not guaranteed

No vibrations in mine. They are perfectly round and concentric with the hub.

I did mine on a cnc and they are probably more accurate then the original pattern was and then I made them hub centering also at the same time to make them even better.

Just an FYI for you guys...the sale of my 5-lug bogarts fell through (long story) so they are still for sale. See ad in classifieds.
