Default 4x4 4l60 to 4x4 4l80

Ive done a little looking and found a guy who will build me a 4l80 for a grand. He built the same trans for a guy with a 650 horse TA and its been running flawlessly for a year and a half. Other than a modified crossmember, shorter d-shaft, flywheel what do i need to keep my 4wd operable?

Sorry for such a noob question, i never thought id get this far to need a 4l80 so i never looked into it.
