Sorry I can't help you there.

Did that price include the transmission?

Keep us updated with the install and plenty of pics! Been looking into the same kit but with the NV120 AWD tcase. Might piece my own setup together though.

Id like to add that I have a c5 zo6 trans I got for 200$. It could be cost effective to do a gto main shaft, ls1 midplate and bellhousing. The shift rail would need modified as well as a front mount shifter. Take some measurements and fab an adapter to a 4l60e tcase adapter and cut splines to fit. I might do this for the hell of it.

The tr6060 that rockland uses is a beast, but the c5 t56's are a dime a dozen. If I break a 5000$ trans ill cry lol. Just a thought.

I don't think you'll break the tranzilla. Well actually how much power are you putting down?

How long to ship this trans?

Little update. After talking with some reputable shops im building off my c5 core. I'll be using a ls1 bellhousing/slave, midplate, ssr 32 spline mainshaft with the 32 spline input on the mp3023 tcase. I have the earlier 27 spline. I run a machine shop so Im fabbing the adapter. Id like to keep the stock mount location so no need for custom shafts. As for the shifter im going to have to get creative. Theres foward shift conversions but they seem like junk for 400$ and I cant keep the reverse lockout without the tailshaft.

Maybe this reply will show up.....

Are you going to use the C6 tail housing like rockland does? I have been thinking of using one and have it milled and then weld a box in for the stock f body shifter location. I also plan on using the SSR shaft. The T case adapter seems pretty simple. I have seen people use a Pro 5.0 shifter and just open up the mounting holes.

Im back and forth on the c6 housing, their def not cheap and I already have the c5. However I do like the size of it for flange purposes.
