So how you guys keeping front cv's level. When launching mine squats and raises the front bad. You both strapped down or what?

Pretty awesome! I'll read up on them and go from there what are we talkin weight savings wise here? Probly 100lbs at least.. I'm guessing? What you guys doin on the rear? 4 link, caltracs.. Etc. or not messin with it at all?

About 30 pounds....the tbar stuff really isnt that heavy; about 72lb total.

Rear is stock with assassin traction bars and rancho shocks.

Yeah , Atomics coil over setup would be the way to go for sure

But for your question on angles , it's easy , you just need to make sure your CV shafts are as flat or close to flat ( level) as possible , that will give them the travel they need up or down when launching /driving/ ect ,
When the front is level , the components have a better chance of surviving .

Also guys on here strap their front end at the track , I haven't yet but want to ,
03SierraSLT has a sweet strap setup on his Denali.

I used to have mine strapped, but it rode like **** so thats why I made the coilovers

My front angles are slightly negative (higher at the wheels). I'm thinking that they flatten out when I launch. No problems so far, even with the Duramax in the half ton.

Yep. Most likely to break something if you try to shift out under power.
