What are the differences between the 4th gen Camaro trans and ours?

Long story short I lost 2nd gear and there is several for sale locally for car.

Just wondering if they will swap over with just my torque converter or if more is needed.

 

same trans minus the shifter rod difference and the tailhousing

 

i had to swap my shift rod when seller sent me a f body trans for my truck but easy swap.

 

I ended up finding a used performabuilt that a guy is pulling to put in a 80e, so I'm just waiting on him to pull it.
